I use different natural materials and processes, my focus is on nature’s numbers, the patterning, and our human connection with the ecosystem.

Plant hunting- I collect live plant specimens from our area. The natural elements leaves, flowers. bark. are part of the patterning in the prints.
The cyanotypes are part of a continuing series documenting the flowers and fauna of the Jock river, Rideau river, Ottawa river and surrounding landscapes.
Examples of samples in my work include the maple tree-samaras, common reed, flowering rush, Canadian elderflower.
