Workshop Rules & Regulations
MAA Workshops will first be open to all MAA Members. If the workshop does not fill by a certain date (which will be determined for each workshop) it will be open to Non-Members at an added cost of $35 added to the workshop fee.
Payment for workshops will be due no later than 4 weeks before the scheduled workshop. A reminder will be sent out before the scheduled date.
Workshop registration can be cancelled up to 4 weeks before scheduled class and a refund will be issued.
Cancellation within the 4 weeks prior to class will only be refunded if your spot is able to be filled.
Supply lists and course information will be sent out to all registered participants no later than 4 weeks before the workshop.
All Participants must bring a covering to protect their own workspace both table and floor if using stand up easel i.e. (plastic table cloth or tarp) as well as their own paint supplies and easel if required.
All Participants are encouraged to bring their own lunch, snacks and beverages if the class runs more than 4 hours.
